COVID -19 Update shipping!

At Supergreen Eco Market, we are dedicated to providing our customers with everyday essentials as well as health and beauty products, delivered directly to your door.

Our number 1 priority is the health, wellbeing, and safety of our staff. We are working from home at the moment and our warehouse team has implemented every recommended health & safety guideline which is reviewed daily by our team of experts to ensure the strictest hygienic of pick/pack environments.

Yes, we are shipping orders as per normal. However, due to the extra safety precautions implemented in our warehouse and slightly delay from suppliers our dispatch time is up to 3 business days.  We use Australia Post or Sendle courier to send orders within Australia.

Due to delay in AU POST at the moment, we are using Sendle courier as the main post agent.

Also, we offer fast delivery 2-3 days in the Melbourne Bayside and Kingston Area using our own courier services.


We offer flat rate shipping for $12.

We offer local delivery rate is $6. This include postcodes: 3194,3186,3187,3188,3189,3190,3192,3191,3195,3197,3198,3199,3200 Victoria.

We ship ONLY within Australia at the moment!

Any products ordered from our website is going to an Australian address using Parcel Post as the delivery method should take approximately (3) three to (7) seven business days to arrive once dispatched.

All orders receive a tracking number which is automatically emailed to you the moment we sent out your order.


Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days from when payment is received. Our aim is to provide every item requested within an order wherever possible as we cannot send more than one parcel per shipping charge.

High demand for some requested items, changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. We will advise you of any known delays beyond the estimated delivery times via email.



Our Returns Policy


Supergreen.com.au do not refund for “Change of Mind” returns, so please choose your orders carefully.

We do not accept returns and issue refunds unless a result of error from our end or product factory  defect.

Defective items

All products purchased from our website are checked for defects and quality before shipment. If your items do have a defect please contact us at returns (at) info@supergreen.com.au and we will either issue a refund or exchange the item. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

Defective items must be returned to Supergreen.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customers choice to the same value or a refund will be given.

Cost of Returns

Any costs associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

How to return your item

For any items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us to info@supergreen.com.au  with  quoting “Damaged Item” in the subject line with a photograph within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will provide you for a replacement item.
